The AI Workshop
Two days in a room with the people who build our own systems. You work on your own business, on your own machine, and leave with something that runs.
Not a conference. Not a keynote. A room, a laptop, and the person who builds this every day sitting next to you.
What you get in the room
Three things, and none of them are slides
01
The people who build it
You work with our builders, not a presenter reading a deck. Agents, automation, paid media and content: the same people who run the work for our own brands and our clients.
02
A working system, end to end
We walk the whole ladder the way we actually use it: strategy, implementation, workflow automation, agent systems, training and governance. Then we show where each rung earns its money in a business your size.
03
Three to five moves for your business
You leave with a short, ordered list: what to change first, what to leave alone, what it costs, and who owns it when you get back.
The two days
What actually happens
Day one
The whole engine
Morning: the ladder, end to end. Which tools earn their keep, which ones are noise, and what to automate first in a business that looks like yours.
Afternoon: live builds in the room, on the tools we use daily. You watch a real task get removed from a real week, then you do the same one.
Day two
Hands on, in small groups
Morning: groups by team size, so the advice matches the business. You bring your own case and a builder works it with you.
Afternoon: we find the link in your work that is actually leaking and fix that one first, in the room, with your own accounts and your own words.
What you walk away with
Things you keep
- A working build from the session, running on your own machine
- The prompt and template pack we start our own projects from
- 48 hours of follow-up access after the session ends
- An ordered list of three to five next moves, written for your business
The test of the two days is simple: by the end, something that used to take you hours takes you minutes, and you can show someone how.
Who it is for
Is this right for you
It fits if
- You run a business or a team and work is being done by hand that should not be
- You have already decided AI is happening and want capability, not a briefing
- You want your own numbers, your own accounts and your own words used in the room
It is not for you yet if
- You want to know what AI is. Start with our training instead, it is free and it is good
- You want a motivational talk. There is none
- You want someone else to do all of it without you in the room. That is a project, not a workshop
Seats
The room is deliberately small
Seats are limited and priced per seat. The cap exists so every person gets real time with a builder rather than a seat in a row.
Tell us your team size and the work you want gone, and we will send the current rate, the next dates, and what to bring.
Questions we get before booking
Do I need to be technical? No. If you can use a browser you can take part.
What do I bring? A laptop and one real task you would like off your plate.
Can you run it at our venue, or for our team only? Yes. The formats are on the workshops page.
How do we book? Send the request and we will reply with dates and the rate.
Bring one real task. Leave with it done.
Two days, your work, our builders. That is the whole offer.
