Pod roles

Give every person a job that matters.

A workshop pod should not become one coder with spectators. Pick roles early so every person owns part of the artifact.

Facilitator

Keeps the group moving, watches time, makes sure decisions are made, and asks for help early.

Builder

Runs the coding or page-building tool and keeps changes small enough to test.

Researcher

Finds examples, customer context, market facts, screenshots, and source material.

Writer

Owns README, page copy, prompt notes, and the final story.

Tester

Clicks through the output, checks mobile, finds broken links, and reports what is confusing.

Presenter

Turns the build into a three-minute demo with problem, proof, and next step.

We are a pod of [number] people with these skills: [list].
Our project idea is [idea].
Assign workshop roles so everyone contributes, including non-coders.
Give each role a first 20-minute task.
